- By using our services, it means that you understand and agree to all terms and conditions that apply to our system, as well as the rules that apply in the Negara Indonesia.
- We always try to keep our services running smoothly, but there are times when there is a disturbance that causes a temporary cessation of service from us, like the ongoing maintenance process, system upgrade or else, and also if things happen that are beyond our control such as a disturbance to the data center, as well as internet / server interconnections and cellular operators, or anything else.
- You also agree not to claim compensation in any form for any disruption to our services.
- You are fully responsible for all SMS sent through your account.
- You must also save your username and password safely, all activities carried out through your account are your responsibility, even though your account is used by someone else.
- Prices are subject to change anytime.
- All fees and deposits that have been paid cannot be refunded.
- For now we cannot send SMS with Sender ID to destination number other than Indonesia.
- For Indonesian numbers that are abroad, usually still be able to receive SMS with Sender ID, but entirely dependent on the service provider.
- Any SMS that has been forwarded to the operator, will still deduct the deposit balance, for both SMS that has been sent or failed.
